Toy Fair 2013: DC Collectibles
Toy Fair is once again upon us and that means a lot of great new things will be coming out this year. It also means that a lot of your money will be leaving your pocket and your shelves will need to be reorganized to make room for your new acquisitions. Why eat or pay rent when you can fill your belly with the joy of toys. You can use the packaging to make a roof and bed to sleep in.
Over the next few days we here at Panels On Pages will spotlight a company and their upcoming releases. Today DC Collectables!

With the upcoming release of Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel DC Collectables will be releasing a series of statues that will come out around the time of the movie’s release. Here we have General Zod, Superman, and Faora. Also included in the series is Jor El.
More New 52 figures are on the way. Here are Green Lantern Simon Baz, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Vibe, Pandora, Joker, Katana, and Wonder Woman.
DC Collectibles will also be release a series of statues based on the art of DC artist. First up are statues based on the art of Rags Morales and Lee Bermejo.
The successful Batman Black & White continues with a new series of statues by various artists. Each artist has a unique interpretation of the Dark Knight.
At this past New York Comic Con, DC Collectibles had an exclusive Aardman Batman figure that proved to be very popular. They will now be releasing more Aardman figures based on the popular DC Nation short. Batman and Robin will be available in a two-pack. Look for a variant of the Batman and Robin two-pack at C2E2 2013.
This Wonder Woman and Supergirl are great throwbacks to 1940’s art style. The Wonder Woman is a great homage to Rosie the Riveter.
There are some great deluxe figures being released by DC Collectibles. The Swamp Thing figure has fantastic detail. The Dark Knight Returns Batman is on a horse. Who doesn’t want that? The Soloman Grundy figure is based on the Arkham City game and weighs close to 5 pounds. It has a removable chest plate and heart.
As you can see DC Collectibles has a lot to offer in 2013. Start saving those pennies because if you are like me you are going to need every cent.
