Figure 8: Dark Knight Trilogy Movie Masters Wishlist

Christopher Nolan‘s Bat-trilogy is all-wrapped up, and Mattel‘s Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters collection is currently flying off of pegs. Series 1 of Movie Masters began with 2008′s The Dark Knight, bolstered by movie-accurate sculpts and high-articulation, and included a much sought-after plastic incarnation of Heath Ledger‘s Joker. The line would continue in stores, and later on MattyCollector.com with exclusives such as Bank Robber Joker. Even as the Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters hit shelves, the Dark Knight line continued to populate the action figure aisle. The current line includes an incredible feature allowing the “adult collector” to assemble their very own working Bat-signal by collecting them all.

One would assume that with the close of The Dark Knight Trilogy, that the Movie Masters line would ride into the sunset like The Bat towing a nuke. Movie Masters had a good run, going as far as offering a MICHAEL CAINE AS ALFRED PENNYWORTH figure, but wait…there’s more! Rumor has it, Mattel will continue Movie Masters into at least one more wave. The line has done a decent job of covering the principal characters from the movie series, but there remain a few holes in your Dark Knight Trilogy display. If Movie Masters does continue, here are 8 characters which PoP! would like to see in plastic perfection.

I agree with a few of those i.e. Lucious and Miranda (for sure)and the tumbler, even Crane and decoy Ra’s. But the Joker’s thugs I’m not so sure about. I would like to see:
Lucious
Miranda
Bruce Wayne in suit (bearded prison outfit as the chase)
Zsasz
Crane
Decoy Ra’s
and Flass
Have a C&C Bat-computer in the wave.
Then make a couple exclusive 3 packs
Rachel Dawes, Miranda Tate in a diffrent outfit, and Selina Kyle(not Catwoman) as one and
Ninja Ra’s, Nurse Joker. an Bane in either sleevless vest or the wallstreet attack outfit.
Good picks. I’m a sucker for the Joker and already own the two previous Joker Thugs, and two ain’t a party, y’know? It was definitely a personal pick. Maybe a boxed set would cover that just fine.
Zsasz was on my shortlist.
