PoP! Interviews Kevin Conroy
Nov 18th, 2009 | By Lee Rodriguez | Category: Features, Headlines, InterviewsKevin Conroy, the voice of Batman from the modern classic animated series, came on the Panels on Pages PoP!-Cast for nearly an hour to talk about the character of Batman and the craft of voice acting in a VERY informative and fun interview. So if it’s been awhile since a laugh has haunted your dreams, give the interview a listen. You’ll be glad you did.

Incredible stuff, guys. I want to grow a uterus and have Kevin’s babies.
Has Lee’s wife recovered from that orgasmic greeting yet? I know I haven’t.
This show was just completely awesome!
Great job guys!
This was great!! Congrats to Panels on Pages!
And you got my question in.
Man, what a great sport. I nearly lost my shit at his “I miss having a basement.” The inflection in his voice was incredible. It’s almost like he knew.
I have such an enormous man-crush right now.
I went ahead and fixed the Kevin Conroy Wikipedia page to debunk the Christopher Reeve rumor and used the link to the podcast as reference.
Wow. I love you.
This was definitely amazing. I must have his Wendy’s order as my text message alert this instant!
Fantastic job guys. Congrats! You’re moving up in the world.
This was one of the best things ever. I’m still shaking with excitement.
I don’t know, to me it sounds like he’s saying “Panels” and not “Pals”.
Best part: Are you Canadian?
It’s my favorite part, and I’ll DEFINITELY be extracting it to be a ringtone.
In fact, I’m going to try to edit together an “I am vengeance. I am the night. I am… Are you Canadian?”
lol
That’s awesome.
I envy you guys so much. This was just great.
I would say Lee had the most memorable night, followed by Nicole, but all of us had the best day of the week last night. Again, from what I said last night, thank you for that gem. Very, very cool. Rehearing, “I am vengeance. I am the night. I AM BATMAN,” over in my head still gives me the tinglies.
And that laugh!
Oh, and it did sound like he said “panels” not “pals” last night.
Kerouac, you should put something like “Oh, and he is NOT Canadian” at the end of your bio on your PoP!-Star profile page.
amazing
Lost in the excitement over his exile to Canada was Kerouac’s disturbing expertise in the area of Robin William’s body hair.
Great interview, guys. Wish I could’ve been on. Stupid scratchy throat!
@ Mahoney - I don’t get why Conroy was so confused… I thought EVERYONE knew that. That was a pretty awesome segment, though. “How did you know that?”

Thanks for your itunes comment, Kearstin
That was so awesome!
Thanks for asking my question guys. Nice job! Great interview!
